This comic is inappropriate for younger kids. The issues we received last year were nice superhero comics that my 8 year old could enjoy. However, the last 2 issues have featured women with large breasts and the text is full of sexual innuendoes. It has a Mad Magazine insert full of sketches showing a third arm instead of a penis. Fine for older teens (I guess) but not for my kid. My impression of Justice League has always been what I remember from Saturday morning cartoons. This is different. And I'm left wondering ... did I miss something before when I thought it was appropriate or did it change? I emailed the publisher but received no response.
